During the conference, which took place in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina between October 4-6, several aspects of strengthening prevention infrastructures and systems were explored, including ways to improve interventions, enhance decision-making processes, optimise funding, and professionalise the workforce. The conference aimed to connect research with practical needs and find ways to bridge the gap between the two. We congratulate Dr Çoymak for his contribution to the committee of science at the conference!
