Note: Departmental Elective Category (PSYE) includes PSYS, PSYI, PSYP, and PSYT. However, a student must successfully complete at least two PSYS courses before graduation.

*A (Applied Credit): If a course’s theoretical credit is ‘0’, then the course’s total credit is equal to its total applied credit, yet if the theoretical credit is higher than ‘0’, then half of the applied credit is added to the total credit (e.g., a course having a theoretical credit of ‘0’ and an applied credit of ‘3’, then the courses’ total credit is ‘3’ (0+3); on the other hand, if a course has ‘5’ theoretical credit and ‘2’ applied for credits, then this courses’ total credit is ‘6’ (5+(2/2))).

** Check the graduation requirements to see the compulsory conditions of these categories.

***The courses in this category may be accepted as Cognate, Non-departmental Elective, Unrestricted Elective, or Departmental Elective courses by the approval of the Credit Transfer Commission or Departmental Board in line with the Principles for Counting Online Courses Offered on Digital Platforms as Elective Courses of AGU.
