“Better Together” project managed by EFPSA (European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations), coordinated in Kayseri by Simay Torun, the 2nd year Psychology student of our school, was held at Abdullah Gül University on 4-5 May 2024 and 11-12 May 2024. The project aimed to raise awareness among high school students on issues such as discrimination, gender equality, racism, and bullying. A total of 13 university students, 10 students from the Department of Psychology at Abdullah Gül University and 3 students from the Department of Psychology at Nuh Naci Yazgan University organized 4 workshops for 28 high school students to raise awareness on these issues and through these workshops helped to reduce discrimination and increase social inclusion.
