Dr Öznur Öncül Demir has given a seminar titled "The Role of Disgust in Psychopathology and Violence" on the 17th of December at 4 p.m. as a part of the AGU Seminar Series! Dr Öznur Öncül Demir is a clinical psychologist and therapist whose research mainly focuses on two general themes: "psychology of violence" and "emotional mechanisms of psychological disorders". The seminar has taken place on zoom, online, and Dr Öznur Öncül answered the listener's questions after her presentation. She has mainly talked about the themes of self-disgust, the role of disgust in psychopathology and violence. She has also mentioned the association between morality and disgust.
